Key Responsibilities
  • Provide managerial support and maintain high levels of customer service throughout your section.
  • Supervise staff and ensure they meet store standards.
  • Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
  • Monitor staff service levels to maximise store sales.
  • Utilise in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
  • Attract and engage customers using visual techniques.
Training and Development
  • Encourage personal progression and development within the store.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new starters.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Incremental holiday allowance.
