Building Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our estates management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate building maintenance works across multiple sites
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Oversee the development and implementation of maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Person Specification:
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Post-graduate level knowledge in relevant area
- P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings certification (or working towards)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
