Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at the Young Women's Centre in Truro. This role involves providing overnight support to service users, aiming to improve their wellbeing and promote independent living.

You will work with service users to develop skills and strategies for managing tenancies effectively, while collaborating with external agencies to meet individual needs. Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment is crucial, championing equality and empowerment.
