To be considered for this role, candidates must possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
As a Care Support Professional, key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing high-quality care plans in collaboration with care recipients
- Maintaining the dignity and individuality of each person receiving care
- Promoting a safe and secure environment for all individuals within the care home or unit
The following skills and experience are highly valued and beneficial for this position:
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable
- A genuine interest in and experience working within the relevant care environment
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- An ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- A willingness to participate in vocational training programs
