We are seeking a dedicated, Level 3 qualified Infant Room Supervisor to join our Bright Horizons Little Stars team. This position will focus on leading our nurturing baby room, guiding the team to deliver outstanding care to our youngest children.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential) Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements for working with children Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents Proficiency in using various communication techniques with both children and adults
