**Job Title:** Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

The Thrive Group is a leading company based in the UK, seeking a skilled Risk Management Professional to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective site HSE plan, with a focus on culture. This will involve completing detailed risk assessments and maintaining a risk assessment library accordingly. Additionally, the individual will manage the incident, accident, and near miss reporting system, following up actions in a timely manner either directly or through delegation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of NEBOSH certification is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in environmental health and safety is desirable.
  • Candidates with experience in the food industry will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles is also desirable.
  • Familiarity with ISO14001 and 9001 is strongly preferred.
