Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the HSE function within the company, including:

  • Developing and implementing HSE strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Providing advice and guidance to the business at all levels
  • Managing HSE records, including incident, accident, and near miss reporting
  • Writing detailed risk assessments and maintaining the risk assessment library
  • Supporting the HR Department with information related to occupational health referrals

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in a similar role or in a relevant industry such as food manufacturing.
