**Job Description:** Area Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team at Advance Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to grow our presence in the women's health surgical market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' medical sales experience and be capable of running their territory autonomously with a creative and proactive approach.

  • Location: Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Humberside
  • Products: Women's Health Surgical products (Catheter sets, Uterine positioning, Colposcopes, Retractors and Gynae/Colorectal Kits)

As an Area Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing business strategies to grow our presence in the women's health surgical market
• Identifying new business opportunities and capitalizing on these opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Meeting sales targets and growing the business
• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 3-5 years' medical sales experience
• Ability to run your territory autonomously
• Creative and proactive approach
• Previous gynae or female health experience advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information

Estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
