Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Litigation and Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in a key role that will provide legal advice and support to our commercial stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and regulatory affairs, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including distribution and ad sales agreements, with a focus on regions within EMEA.
- Provide legal advice to senior stakeholders on a range of commercial and regulatory issues.
- Support the legal team in handling regulatory matters and compliance issues.
- Advise on and coordinate external counsel on key litigation disputes and enforcement policies.
- Travel to attend internal and external meetings as necessary.
- Technically proficient lawyer with excellent understanding of contract and IP/IT laws.
- Qualified lawyer with excellent academics, training, and experience at a top law firm.
- Proven negotiation skills to deliver both legal protection and commercial results.
- Clear and concise communicator with ability to present complex issues in a practical and commercial solution.
- Good commercial knowledge and understanding of the impact of deals on other revenue streams.
- Flexible and commercially pragmatic approach.
