Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Litigation and Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house Legal team at Marks and Spencer. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice on strategic business projects, manage relationships with external providers, and support the Head of Commercial and Deputy General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters, including technology and IT contracts, financial services, and digital transformation.
- Advise on regulatory risks and opportunities, including data protection, competition law, and the Grocery Supply Code of Practice.
- Manage relationships with external providers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the Head of Commercial and Deputy General Counsel in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
- Contribute to the development of our in-house legal team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence.
