Legal Counsel - Litigation

Location: London

We are seeking a skilled solicitor to join our global legal team, providing expert advice on contentious matters and commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with experience in managing disputes and advising on regulatory matters. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on commercial litigation matters and manage disputes.
  • Advise on regulatory matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a solicitor, with at least 2 years' PQE from a recognised law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Direct experience of advising on commercial litigation matters and managing disputes.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Robust but fair approach required when reviewing complaints and disputes.
