About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Linguistics Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Tower Hamlets, London. As a Speech and Language Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting students with EAL or Speech and Language difficulties.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are eager to contribute to children's development, particularly those with speech and language challenges. You will work collaboratively with our experienced teachers to create personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with EAL or Speech and Language difficulties in a primary school setting
  • Work closely with teachers to develop customized learning plans
  • Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • BA in Linguistics or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring and patient approach when working with students
