We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Defence Infrastructure Programme. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programmes and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and deliver programme objectives, providing effective leadership and management of the programme team.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
- Develop and implement effective commercial procurement solutions to deliver programme benefits.
- Manage and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and review business cases to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Manage and check the financial propriety and application of due process to all programmes within the area of responsibility.
- Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong commercial and procurement skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective commercial solutions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate programme risks.
- A competitive salary of £57,670.
