Senior UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a key member of our CX team, you will work closely with specialists in UX, UI, and Service Design to deliver exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to design and deliver user-centered solutions. They will be responsible for leading and crafting UX project deliverables across all phases of the design process, including running business requirements workshops, participating in research and usability testing, and creating design artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and run product definition and UX requirements workshops
  • Analyse research data to identify and generate meaningful insights and behavioural patterns
  • Use design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas for new experiences, propositions, products, and services
  • Create design artefacts, such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Communicate and defend design approaches to stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, fellow designers, program managers, and developers to improve design quality and user experience
Requirements:
  • Significant proven experience in UX design, ideally in eCommerce and at an agency
  • Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX design
  • Experience owning the full UX process, including running discovery phases and solving complex problems using design-thinking methods
  • Solid information, interaction, and experience design skills
  • Ability to understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements
  • Excellent client communication skills
