Senior UX Designer

StructureFlow is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences for our users and driving business value for our company.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery to delivery. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs, design solutions, and test them with real users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX design process, from discovery to delivery
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and design solutions
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain our design system
  • Partner with stakeholders to craft engaging user experiences that seamlessly connect real-world and digital interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UX design
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and expertise in designing complex web or application features and interfaces
  • Passion for creating products and experiences that resonate with people and drive changes in their behavior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and persona creation
  • Strong visual design skills with proficiency in UX design tools
