Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX project deliverables across all phases of the design process, including running business requirements workshops, participating in research and usability testing, and creating design artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design and run product definition and UX requirements workshops to ensure customer needs and client requirements are met.
  • Analyse research data to identify meaningful insights and behavioural patterns, and use design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas for new experiences, propositions, products, and services.
  • Communicate and defend design approaches to stakeholders, fellow designers, program managers, and developers to improve design quality and final user experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Leads, Head of UX, Head of CX, and clients to provide UX leadership and understand business drivers.
Requirements
  • Significant proven experience in eCommerce and at an agency, with a compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX design.
  • Experience owning the full UX process, including running discovery phases, qualitative and quantitative research, and solving complex problems using design-thinking methods and techniques.
  • Solid information, interaction, and experience design skills, with the ability to understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements.
  • Excellent client communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, complexities, and ambiguity.
