Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Product organization, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences and interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead designs across our product area, with hands-on UX and UI work.
  • Work closely with design leadership and other team members to remove roadblocks and inform decision-making.
  • Manage your own work and project tasks, as well as delegate to other team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the UX Research team to identify iterative improvements across our product area.
  • Articulate a compelling vision for users across your projects.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of application/product design experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in UX/HCI or related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • A thorough understanding and working knowledge of UX & Accessibility best practices, UXR methods, service design, and design systems.
  • Confident in facilitating UX and design thinking-led workshops for key stakeholders.
  • A robust portfolio of previous product design work that showcases hands-on work and team collaboration.
