Senior UX Designer

We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join our team and drive the creation of exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the design of websites and software applications that provide seamless and compelling experiences for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with product owners, researchers, and developers to create new products and features, as well as extend existing ones.
  2. Translating customer insights into designed experiences and developing a compelling narrative around them.
  3. Working with Agile project teams and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions within project timeframes and objectives.
  4. Commissioning and participating in user research and testing activities to inform design decisions.
  5. Working closely with project stakeholders to understand and define customer value.
  6. Owning the end-to-end design process from insight to detailed design.
  7. Designing app and responsive web experiences.

We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative and analytical thinking, as well as experience in delivering effective UX solutions in financial services or luxury environments. You'll have an eye for visual interaction details and excellent communication skills to champion interface designs and thinking with product owners and developers.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  1. Extensive experience in delivering interface designs for high-performance environments.
  2. Significant experience in supporting user-centered design processes and creating materials for user testing and concept communication.
  3. Expert use of Figma to create rich and high-fidelity prototypes with careful consideration to transitions and micro-interactions.
  4. Knowledge of responsive adaptive design, web design best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
  5. A background in human-computer interaction or a related field.
  6. Experience working with Agile methodologies and teams.
  7. Experience across the end-to-end design process, including planning, concepting, prototyping, and iterating user-centered products and services.
