Job Title: Night Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at PMR. As a key member of our block management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Concierge Desk and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of onsite duties and provide top-notch concierge services as directed by the General Manager and/or Facilities Manager.
  • Maintain effective line management of the concierge team through delegation and coordination, while also performing regular concierge duties.
  • Establish and exceed customer service standards, serving as a benchmark for the rest of the Concierge Team.
  • Oversee all staff administration, including staff induction, training, annual rota, annual leave forms, overtime, and return-to-work forms, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices.
  • Identify risks and hazards, reporting them to the General Manager and/or Facilities Manager to enhance safety performance.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism, addressing issues and queries with discretion.
  • Conduct routine patrols around the development, observing and reporting accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills.
  • Practical application and working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation to mitigate risk in the workplace.
  • Experience working outdoors and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and motivate others.
  • Proven experience in a Front of House or similar position.
  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment, such as CCTV.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • High school diploma; further education in security administration or a related field would be an asset.
