As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of night operations, ensuring a high level of service delivery to residents, clients, contractors, and guests.   • Provide excellent customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment.
  • Be a quick thinker, logical, and able to take your own initiative in challenging situations, with demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site-related issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all queries and complaints, dealing effectively with feedback in the moment.
  • Lead, engage, and inspire others, creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • Drive the performance of the development, contributing to amazing results, and support your team, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
