Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Nairn House Care Home in Enfield. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also supporting the development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
  • Create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, while fostering a sense of community within the home.
  • Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and promote our services.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
  • Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
