Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase payments and build relationships with customers via email and phone
  • Perform daily banking and allocate monies received

The ideal candidate will have proven credit control experience, specifically in B2C environments. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Excel and accounting software packages. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and sole charge, meeting tight deadlines within payment plans.
