Building Services Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Solomons Europe. As a NEC specialist Contract and Quantity Surveying practice, we are dedicated to fostering and developing our in-house talent.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and a developing contractual awareness. They will be responsible for the effective control and administration of change provisions, as well as commercially aware and developing skills in project commercial reporting.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including NEC4 training, to ensure our team is fully conversant and confident with the suite of NEC4 contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional advisor, integrated into client teams and projects across the Northern Powerhouse region.
- Develop and deepen your NEC4 knowledge and experience.
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, including NEC4 training.

- Develop commercially aware and developing skills in project commercial reporting.

Requirements:
- Education to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Procurement / Project Management / Engineering.
- Ideal experience of NEC3/4, with in-house training available to bring you fully up to speed quickly.
- Developing contractual awareness and experience of the effective control and administration of change provisions.
- Commercially aware and developing skills in project commercial reporting.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
