The Role: Delivery Specialist - Building Materials
As a Delivery Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our external team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of building materials to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for operating a transit van, navigating various routes, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct multi-drop deliveries of building materials to customer sites within the designated area.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Assist customers with unloading and placement of delivered goods, providing clear instructions and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the vehicle and at delivery sites.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring positive customer interactions.
