As a Senior Manager in our Operations Transformation practice, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and operate transformative solutions that meet their evolving needs.

With a strong background in Investment Management, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, managing key stakeholders, and developing and delivering transformational change initiatives. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the Investment Management market and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become a leading expert in Investment Management
  • Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfill and exceed client expectations
  • Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing our more junior team members
  • Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Investment Management Operations team

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in Investment Management, including significant knowledge of back and/or middle office capabilities and key trends impacting these capabilities in the market
  • Experience driving change and impacting operating models of Investment Managers
  • Experience in outsourced models in Investment Management, including experience of Asset Servicers
  • A track record of designing, delivering, and leading transformational change in the Investment Management & Wealth market
  • Proven ability to mobilize and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects, and objectives needed
  • Broad network in operations functions across Investment Managers, technology providers, and Asset Servicers
  • Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders
  • Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk, and protect the firm's reputation
  • Have a 'can do' attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate
  • Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market-leading solutions that make a difference
