Senior Manager, Operations Transformation

As a Senior Manager in our Operations Transformation practice, you will work with leading Investment Managers, Private Markets firms, and Asset Servicing firms to design, implement, and operate transformations that drive business growth.
Your expertise in Investment Management, combined with your experience in driving change and impacting operating models, will be invaluable in this role. You will have the opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge and network to become a leading expert in the market, while also developing your skills in leadership, client relationship management, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement transformational change initiatives in the Investment Management industry
Lead client relationships and manage key stakeholders to resolve issues
Design, deliver, and lead transformational change in the Investment Management & Wealth market
Mobilize and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
Significant experience working in Investment Management, including knowledge of back and/or middle office capabilities and key trends impacting these capabilities in the market
Experience driving change and impacting operating models of Investment Managers
Experience in outsourced models in Investment Management, including experience of Asset Servicers
Proven ability to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders
Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
