The Role

The primary responsibility is to contribute to and support the Treasury Operations team in its day-to-day management and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support daily cash review
  2. Process payments for debt and deposits
  3. Assist team with input and maintenance of treasury management system database (City Financials) and running of reports
  4. Treasury compliance for bank account KYC and authorisations
  5. Assist preparation of debt compliance reports (including Directors Certificates and calculations)
  6. Support / contribute to Treasury Operations improvements to processes and systems
  7. Support Treasury administration including deal checklists, data reconciliations, procedures manual, and archiving process
  8. Adherence to Treasury Policy
  9. Other ad hoc administration as required to support the wider group Treasury team

About You

  1. Relevant treasury, banking, and/or payments experience
  2. Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
  3. Attention to detail, with ability to manage workstreams, self-review, and ownership of your work
  4. Motivated and keen to problem solve
  5. Responsive and collaborative team player
  6. Good communication and organisational skills
  7. Experience with Treasury Management Systems an advantage
