Position Overview:

As a Regulatory Reporting Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting for various clients. Your role will involve performing quality assurance on a range of reports, submitting reports to regulatory bodies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance on various reports, including product sales data, FATCA/CRS, and other regulatory reports
  • Submit reports to HMRC, IA, and FCA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain relationships with clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors
  • Assist with audit requests and client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in India, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of regulatory reporting processes and requirements
  • Familiarity with FCA/HMRC regulations and guidelines
  • Experience in transfer agency operations and regulatory reporting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Knowledge of investment scheme administration is a plus, but not required
