The Role

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, providing financial insights, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our CFO and other senior stakeholders to improve financial performance, inform key business decisions, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Head of Growth, Head of Sales, and Head of Operations to gain a deep understanding of our channels.
  • Support pricing strategies and promotional planning to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Provide analysis and insights on sales channel performance to inform business decisions.
  • Support the business in evaluating new opportunities and developing financial models.
  • Manage and update the cash flow forecast, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end management accounts process.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Commercial Accountant with 2-3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Previous experience in a product/stock-based business, ideally from a consumer goods industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, commercially curious mindset, and ability to effectively communicate with non-finance business partners.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, ability to interpret data, and present complex financial information concisely.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Package & Benefits
  • Salary: £75,000 - £85,000.
  • Up to 10% performance-based bonus.
