We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Mploy Staffing Solutions. As an Aerospace Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, including on-time delivery, cost adherence, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, guaranteeing clarity of information exchange and professionally managing expectations.
- Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of associated processes and assist in the preparation of department key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in project management or previous project management experience, a proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully in fast-paced manufacturing environments, and an engineering degree level qualification preferred or other relevant university degree. Experience in electrical/electromechanical/motion control systems is an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary up to £44k per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 am till 17:00 pm / Friday 08:00 am till 12:30 pm, this is 37.5 hours per week.
