Project Engineer / Project Manager (Progression to Directorship)

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  3. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Aerospace, Marine, Defense, or Composite Materials sectors.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  4. Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies.
