Job Summary:
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication, and resolving conflicts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools, and experience with project management methodologies.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, ranging from £40,000 to £60,000.
- 33 days holiday, and sick pay.

Location: Office Based, Commutable from Holton Heath, Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford Forum and Surrounding Areas.
