Job Description

As the Regional Impact Manager, you will lead a regional Impact team, spearheading the development of our Community Hub and impact program, the What If Plan.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Foster a commercial and entrepreneurial culture within the team and organization.
  • Manage projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Represent Community Hub and present impact work to various audiences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Measure social return investment of social programs and membership.
  • Support the delivery of the Progress Academy to increase social value related to employment and training.
  • Produce informative overviews of projects relevant to Community Hub's impact work.
