We are seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in supporting children with Autism and special educational needs, while also building a foundation for a rewarding career in education or related fields.

Job Description:
  • Provide tailored support to students with Autism, learning difficulties, and other special educational needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Promote the emotional, social, and academic progress of students by facilitating learning activities and encouraging positive behavior.
  • Work closely with class teachers and other professionals to deliver inclusive teaching methods.
  • Support students with their personal care needs, including mobility or medical assistance (training provided).

In this role, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive school environment with a team of passionate professionals. You will receive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. About the Salary:

The salary for this role is from £95 per day and upwards, depending on experience and qualifications.
