Job Title: SEN Support Assistant - Autism Experience Required

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join Academics Ltd as a SEN Support Assistant in a mainstream primary school based in Caversham.

This is a long-term position, starting ASAP, where you will be working on a 1:1 basis with a child who has an EHCP diagnosed with ASD. The child requires additional support and displays some challenging behaviour. Previous experience working with Autism, particularly with ABA therapy, is ideal for this role. You will also be expected to provide support to other children within the school.

We are looking for a committed and adaptable individual with strong behaviour management skills and previous support work within a school or other child-related experience. As an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have a professional manner and be enthusiastic about working with children with special educational needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Salary: £83-£90 per day
