Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our specialist tool hire depot in Bristol. With a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to drive business growth and performance while developing a highly engaged and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Grow revenue and new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize depot operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully growing a business unit.
- Possession of a high level of IT literacy, primarily Microsoft Office.
- A driving licence and commercial astuteness with market understanding.
- Experience within the Hire, Construction, Infrastructure or Industrial Sectors desirable.
