Job Overview

This role involves supporting clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks such as shopping and housework. As a care assistant, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist clients with medication management
  • Help clients with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
