Bank Care Professional Opportunities

Sandstone Care Group is seeking an experienced care assistant to join our team at Fleetwood Hall Care Home. As a Bank Care Practitioner, you will work closely with our skilled team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care, is essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £11.49 per hour, with opportunities to work flexible day and night shifts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes free uniform, meals, and DBS checks, as well as discounts on the high street and refer-a-friend bonuses.
Responsibilities:
As a Bank Care Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
- Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives
- Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home
- Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in the health and social care sector
- A compassionate and professional approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as needed
