**Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Tailor care to residents' individual preferences and needs
  • Maintain the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met
