Senior Data Scientist at Roku

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our Core Analytics team, supporting CoreOS engineering. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business success through data-driven insights, improving user experience, and enhancing voice initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our CoreOS engineering team to identify opportunities for scalability, automation, and optimization.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Extensive experience in data science and analytics, with a strong foundation in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • A proven track record in consumer products, digital media, or entertainment industries.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for querying and analyzing data.
  • Hands-on expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience in A/B testing, statistical modeling, and forecasting, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex findings into practical solutions.

Salary Range and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
