We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Handler to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As a Complaints Handler, you will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by clients, and will be responsible for delivering excellent service and resolving client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all client service issues are acknowledged and addressed in accordance with our complaints procedure.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints in a thorough and timely manner.
- Obtain prompt responses to client queries, service issues, and requests to cancel.
- Review client complaints and implement improvements to our service.
- Communicate with clients and consultants to resolve queries and service issues.
Person Specification:
- Highly motivated and able to communicate effectively within the team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong consultative and friendly approach, with the ability to work under pressure.
