Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and promoting a safety-centric culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
- Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- UK-based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
- Strong construction background and minimum 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in data center or construction industries.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal HSE regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
