We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture within the organization.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
- Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- UK-based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
- Strong construction background and a minimum of 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in the Data Centre or Construction Industries.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal HSE regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
