About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Night Supervisor to join our team at Piccadilly Townhouse. As a Night Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during late-night hours. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the night team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel's standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly security inspections to ensure the hotel's safety and security protocols are in place.
  • Master the Fire Evacuation procedure and implement it as necessary.
  • Assist in training the night team and maintain records of their progress.
  • Attend necessary meetings and conduct monthly night meetings to discuss any issues or concerns.
  • Oversee public areas and the cashiers' desk, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and that the hotel's standards are maintained.
  • Review the shift and conduct handovers and briefings to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
  • Manage the night audit operation, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Promptly respond to guest requests and queries, providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Update guest profiles with preferences and address feedback to ensure that all guests receive a personalized experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Supervisory experience, preferably in hotels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Approachable, professional, and an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera.
  • Previous experience in a 5* property preferable.
