**Drive Digital Equity**

KIDS is seeking a Programme Director to lead our Driving Digital Inclusion initiative. This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive digital equity and improve access to services for disadvantaged communities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with experience in managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders. Your passion for digital inclusion and commitment to improving the lives of disabled children and young people will be essential in leading this innovative programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with national charities, technology partners, and funders to create a lasting impact for disabled children and young people.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address the digital divide for disadvantaged communities.
  • Manage programme risks, budget, and expenditure, ensuring all financials are aligned with donor requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record in managing complex, externally funded projects, ideally within the social or health sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a history of working across multiple organisations.
  • A genuine understanding of the challenges faced by disabled children and families.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
