Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and recommend business plans and strategies to drive customer service excellence and business growth.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Develop and maintain data warehousing systems to provide sophisticated reporting and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, retailers, and customers.
    • Provide executive summaries and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management
    • Develop and manage business cases to justify investment and resource allocation.
    • Lead and manage projects to drive business improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Graduate calibre with a numerical, marketing, or business specialisation.
    • 2+ years of experience in a pricing or market analysis role in automotive or industrial products.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Highly numerate with advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills.
    • Strong project management skills at all levels from inception to completion.
    • Commercially aware with budget management and an understanding of accounting.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, an able communicator, and confident presenter to all levels of management, retailers, customers, and partners.
