Senior Applications Support Analyst Job Opportunity

About the Position

Our organization is looking for a Senior Applications Support Analyst to fill a critical role within our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work as a hybrid professional, splitting your time between working remotely and collaborating with colleagues in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for upgrading server software and deploying applications.
  2. Implement and manage windows updates across the entire server network.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and provide comprehensive training to team members.
  4. Lead the process of identifying and analyzing potential risks.
  5. Oversee the successful delivery of projects.
  6. Identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  7. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance system performance.
