About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Adolescent Senior Support Worker to join our team at Solent NHS Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering intensive home treatment to young people who require mental health support.

Main Responsibilities

As a Community Adolescent Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with young people and their families to provide intensive home treatment, promoting their mental health and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with community CAMHS, children's services, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Care, as well as experience of working with people with mental health needs in a paid or voluntary capacity. You will also need to have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
