  • Manage Retentions and Payments: Ensure timely completion of payments according to contract terms.
Requirements:
  • Good Numerical Aptitude and Communication Skills: Effective communication and numerical skills to manage multiple tasks and teams.
  • GCSE or Equivalent in English and Maths: Strong foundation in English and maths for effective communication and data management.
  • 2+ Years' Experience in High-Volume Residential or Construction Projects: Proven experience in managing high-volume projects with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Appropriate Skills in People Management and Coaching: Ability to lead and motivate teams, provide coaching and guidance as needed.
