About the Job:

Are you a motivated and experienced Operations Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for logistics and operations? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our service centre operation. This role requires evident line management experience in a production/logistics environment and proven record of delivering great service to customers.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing a diverse workforce, including sub-contractors, self-employed drivers, and PAYE drivers. Your goal will be to achieve targeted performance measures and deliver high-quality performance. In addition, you will work with passionate and supportive people who are focused on meeting the DX Delivered Exactly promise. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft XP (Excel, Word, Email, Access, PowerPoint) or similar database and will be responsible for managing premises, equipment, and consumables to ensure cost-effective and high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage operational aspects of the service centre
* Manage a diverse workforce including sub-contractors, self-employed drivers, and PAYE drivers
* Deliver great service to customers and manage ongoing customer relationships
* Manage premises, equipment, and consumables
* Use Microsoft XP (Excel, Word, Email, Access, PowerPoint) or similar database
